Eye Level Flex Cancellation and Refund Policy


To cancel your Eye Level Flex subscription, you must do so only through the Macadamia App.

Go to our app -> Profile -> subscriptions -> Active subscriptions -> cancel subscription.

If you cancel your subscription and have set up tutoring sessions, please make sure to contact your tutor and let them know that you have cancelled.

You may request a refund on your subscriptions if your booklets have not been sent out yet. If booklets have been shipped out already, you must return all booklets in an untouched and brand-new condition.

You must return the booklets, at your cost, to our Logistics Center. The mailing address is:

The booklets must arrive at our Logistics Center no later than 30 days from the time of your subscription cancellation, as indicated in the Macadamia App.

Once our Logistics Center has confirmed receipt of the booklets, and if the condition of them is deemed satisfactory, Eye Level Flex will process the refund. It may take three to four business days from the time our Logistics Center confirms receipt of the booklets to show the credit on your credit card or bank account.

Tutoring No Show & Cancelation Policy


If parents fail to notify the tutor at least three (3) hours in advance of the scheduled session it will result in a “No show.” No show classes will be charged the price of the proposed session.
